Average Temperature of Earth

Here's the deal. The temperature of planet Earth varies from year to year, from century to century, and from eon to eon. Geological clocks run much slower than human clocks. Human beings have nothing to do with the temperature of Earth.

Here's what will happen. The predominately liberal mass media will eventually arouse so much fear in the population of the USA, that the Feds will be compelled to "do something about it." (They have to get re-elected, don't ya know.)

They will do what governments always do: They will form a new Agency, staffed with thousands or maybe even millions of parasites, who will produce mountains of paper, and consume billions of taxpayer dollars to study global warming. They will enact laws which will make our lives more expensive and more difficult - raise the price of heating our homes, limit fossil fuel usage, screw up our cars even more than they already are, etc.

None of these actions will have any effect whatsoever on the temperature of planet Earth, because human beings have no power over the temperature of this planet. How arrogant would a person have to be to think he could affect the temperature of a planet?

A hundred years from now, the Global Warming Commission, or whatever they call it, will still be sucking billions of dollars out of the economy each year, and nobody will be able to get rid of it. That is, if there are still any producers left to suck money from.
